Two story house plan  is best suited for 12 meter lot frontage and 15 meters in depth. The ground floor consist of the garage, porch, living area, dining, kitchen, maid’s room and a bathroom.

The second floor consists of the Master’s bedroom with its own bathroom. The 2 additional bedrooms share a common bath. The master’s bedroom also opens to a balcony above the garage viewing the front of the house.

Two story house plans are suited for lots with constraints on size or dimension. Home owners prefer two story house plans to maximize the available space especially on urban areas.
