A Hotel Designed on a Plot of Size 81′-3″ X 53′-9″, abutting to main road in North direction. It has Amenity spaces such as Car Parking, Party Hall, Restaurant, Kitty Party Hall, Bar & Restaurant and 12 Guest rooms/suits.
On ground floor It has a 14′ wide driveway, which also accommodates parking for 3 cars. This floor has a restaurant with a cash counter in front and a big dinning space with a facility of washroom and has access to the upper floor as well as a basement floor on which it has a kitty party hall in front part.
On the rear side of plot it has a big Party hall which has sitting arrangements and a stage and has spaces connected to it like a kitchen a 5′ wide open space and a hand wash area with attached toilet.
First floor has two accesses, 1st one from the parking area which leads towards 12 suits, having 6 rooms attached to a central passage , and another from restaurant on ground floor which also has a separate dinning area on first floor, with a kitchen, owners cabin, a bar counter and a wash room attached to it.
Above this it has a terrace floor, its plan shows a stair cabin, two cut outs which provide natural light in the passages between the suits and also has two ducts which provide ventilation to the toilets.
Above the restaurant, the terrace floor has a raise slab so as to provide it fresh air and cross ventilation from above and it acts as a wind tower for the interiors. Terrace also has a glass railing on eastern facade’s periphery.
