SCHOOL DESIGN PLAN

A School Designed on a Plot of size 55′-0″ X 60′-0″ (3300 sq.ft.) having common walls on two sides,
A small school design project but with all the basic Amenities. Basement floor plan is mainly designed to provide parking facility and for a gathering space like Auditorium.

Ground floor plan includes the administrative department (waiting and reception area connected to Staff/Teacher’s room & Principal’s cabin, and Accountant’s office ), Dinning hall connected to pantry and store, toilets and a hall which acts as a transition space to other spaces.

Here the first, second and third are the typical floors where there are 3 classrooms on each floor of 35 students capacity each and a hall and toilets which are designed along a common wall due to which the halls on each floor are ventilated through the windows in staircase tower and the windows in front facade and toilet’s through duct, therefore this compact looking planning isn’t really compact.
