SCHOOL DESIGN PLAN

The school is designedin a Sited on a plot of size 80′ X 271′ abutting to a main road in North direction.
It is a Basement+G+3 Structure with ‘L’ shaped plan.Basement is mainly designed for canteen, Kitchen & Dinning area for students, with facility of toilets and hand wash area.

This floor has access from play ground and its floor is 7′ below the ground level. This space is connected to the upper floors through stair case & it is ventilated through ventilators provided on walls in North, East and South direction.

Ground Floor is designed on a 3′ high plinth and has separate admin & Academic Area with toilets for staff , Girls and Boys.

Admin Area has Principal’s cabin , Director’s Cabin, Admin & Account’s Section, central waiting area, a conference room with attached toilet & two Staff toilets for Ladies and Gents

Academic area has 3 class rooms of size 18′ X 22′, Which are accessed through a 5’wide passage & at the end s of the passage it has toilet blocks for boys and girls, which are separated by creating barriers through staircases from academic zone.

First floor has similar academic area as it is on the ground floor & above the Administrative block, it has a Multipurpose hall 36′-4″ X 54′-9″ in size.

Second and third floor has typical floor plan , where the academic wing is kept intact like other floors & Above the multipurpose area it has 4 class rooms , 2 on each sides, divided and accessed through a 10′ wide airy passage.
Terrace area has two stair cabins & rest of the area is the terrac.

This Building is designed on this plot by splitting in 4 floors , so that it could be allotted with a play ground of 7332.903 sq. ft. area.
the site has a 15′ wide approach road, which is connected to the parking area at the rear end of the plot.

In this way, the equilibrium between open and closed spaces is maintained by our Designer.
