MODERN HOUSE DESIGN SERIES
Modern house design is a 4 bedroom two story house which can be built in a 200 sq. m. lot having a minimum lot frontage of 12.75 meters. This house is designed for a family of three but whose needs require spacious high ceiling rooms.
A large living room with its cathedral ceiling is main feature. The ground floor consists of the living area, dining area opens to the L-shaped kitchen bedroom which can also be maid’s room and bathroom.
The second floor is entirely for the families private affair. The masters’s bedroom has its own toilet and bath and built-in closet which is located at the overhang of the room to give more space to the master’s bedroom.
During a very busy day, resting in the masters’s bedroom also opens to a balcony overlooking the frontage of the house to give more relaxation. Adjacent to the closets is a small storage room for extra baggage on the second floor. Also at the second floor are two bedrooms for kids growing up, shares a common toilet and bath.
