Modern house design plan
This single-story modern house maximizes the longitudinal lot to include 4 spacious bedrooms – one of which can serve as a den or guest room. A maid’s room and bath is also strategically located next to the kitchen and utility area.
With minimum 2 meters setback at all sides, it a garden all around, especially appreciated from the spacious lanai at the back.
The outdoors are brought inside through the full-length sliding doors that link the living, dining and kitchen areas to the lanai and the garden. The house is excellent for entertaining guests.
With the common areas placed deep inside the house, the foyer and the lanai provide shade keeping these areas cool. Slats are provided outside the kitchen and utility area to serve as sun-shading, security, and as an aesthetic feature to the house design.
The exterior wall treatment giving a look of pre-case concrete elevates its modern look. Transom windows allow light and air to come in, and add to the semi-industrial look.
Full-sized toilet and baths are provided. There are generous spaces for wardrobe closets for each bedroom.Minimum lot size: (16m x 25m) 400sqm
