Hospital plan design idea
It is a hospital planned on a linear / quadrangular plot with 3 perpendicular sides which has a width of 64′5″ in front side which is adjacent to the road in East Side .
The length of plot in North direction has a length of 65′5″ & in the south side it has a length of 75′, the difference between these two lengths of sides of plot provide the plot, an angular side of 45′5″.
This plot is adjacent to a 15′ wide road on east side . North side is common wall and South side we are left 20′ set back for Parking . On front side also we are designed small parking For Ambulance that is 22′ X 27′ .
Ground floor has a stepped entrance & a pharmacy. Ramp also we have designed for stretcher . This entrance door opens into a reception & waiting area .
On this Floor we are designed casulity room , CT Scan room , Doctors room connected with Anti-chamber and store room , small Lab with attached Toilet and Common Toilet . For access the First Floor we have designed Staircase and Stretcher lift .
On First Floor We have designed Waiting area with Nurse station , 9 Bed in Female ward and 11 bed in Male Ward , and 3 Private rooms . On Second floor 3 Bed’s ICU , Doctor room , Small Waiting area , Nurse room and , Minor and Major OT connected with Prepration room , Auto clave room , Recovery Room , CSSD , Scrubing area .
Terrace floor occupies a smaller area than other floors , it has a stair cabin , lift , and rest is open terrace area . Lift Machine room designed on the Stair cabin .Total 26 Bed in this hospital , On rear side one more staircase we have designed for Fire Safety .
