5 bedroom duplex design concept

This is a 5-bedroom duplex house design concept design to fit into land sizes that are bigger than one plot of land measuring 50 x 100ft.

All the room are very big, at the ground floor level it has the entrance porch, the ante room, the study room, the kitchen, the quest room, the main lounge and the dining room.

The staircase is located at the middle of the building and is design to create beauty to the main lounge.

From the entrance porch you can access the ante room and while in the ante room you have access to the main lounge and a door that connects you to a central lobby that you can use to access the staircase, the study room, the kitchen, the quest room and the main sitting area.

The kitchen has a store attached to it and a sit out that has the laundry area at the end of the sit out. the staircase is an open staircase and it connect you to the upper floor where all the remaining 4 rooms are located.

At the first floor, all the rooms are very big, the master bedroom is bigger than the rest 3 rooms and all rooms has their own toilet and bathroom.
